1.Double-double
A Canadian term used to describe how you take your coffee - two teaspoons of sugar and two creams. Preferably used in any Tim Hortons location.
Server at your local coffee shop: Can I take your order?
You: Ya, I'll have a medium double-double.
2.Double-Double
Getting 10+ each of any two of the following categories in a game of basketball: points, rebounds or assists. Related to "Triple Double" which is 10 or more of all three in a game. Literally double (2 of) double (digit stats).
In last night's game, he scored 14 points and had 10 rebounds, for his first double-double of the season.

A fast food order made at an In-N-Out burger resteraunt in the southwestern region of the US. A burger named for it's ratio of two hamburger patties to two slices of cheese per bun.
